但在blog中真係很多打打殺殺的留言，話要殺人全家都唔少架，個個都係睇完就算，要告都唔知點告？
Big Nose; I agree people sometimes say inappropriate things (on the Internet and in real life too). Surely you can tell what is "blow water" talk and what is not. 告人 needs evidence of the "crime" - 很多打打殺殺的留言 are just "blow water" and not a crime; just like we hear people shouting "XXX your mother" (bad manners) is not neccessary a crime butintending to do it or doing it is a crime ...
I am sure you know the difference ... and not getting overly worried...

Tat,
The key to the 強X快閃黨 case is that the guy did provide a means of contact. without a means of contact; it would be difficult to find him guilty of "organizing" 強X快閃黨; he would be jsut "blow water" ...
"搞基黨"，"食屎黨"，"啜腳趾黨" etc - on the face of it, these can be just interest groups where people perform common interests NOT at the expense of other victims (unlike 強X快閃黨, where by definition implies that a group of people are going around arping people) so long there is no illegal elements; I don't believe they would not be charged as they are different from 強X快閃黨...
I am surprised you don't see teh difference ...

問題就在這裡，噁心，厭惡等都是主觀情緒，很多人都覺得搞基都令人十分噁心，那麽我在網上組織"搞基黨"，是否都應該被告？再推一步，"食屎黨"，"啜腳趾黨"又如何？
各位可能說：你條友都打橫嚟，强姦分明是嚴重罪行，同搞基，食屎有天淵之別。好了，打人，殺人都是嚴重罪行呀，你只要上香港高登留言區看看，打死，殺死漢奸司徒華，李柱銘，長毛的言論(我們的萬人迷大頭都有這傾向)，咪又係大有人在。其實大家都在發嗡風，强姦就告，打人，殺人就唔告，是否合理？
最後，我不是鼓吹組織強姦黨，我只是覺得入罪理由荒謬，講開又講，原來存在主義的荒謬劇真係有現實板本。

有些無聊人，在網上留言，邀請網友組成強姦黨，被人發現報警，將他拘捕，應該繩之以法
